What Sets Your Rate
Chauffeured transport is not priced like a taxi fare. Four things decide what a trip costs, and knowing them tells you roughly where your booking will land before you even call.
Vehicle and Passenger Count
The largest factor by some distance. An Escalade for two people and a 28-passenger mini coach are different businesses to run. Tell us the real headcount rather than rounding up, because putting six people in a vehicle sized for fourteen costs you money for no benefit.
Transfer or Hourly
Airport runs and point-to-point trips are priced as a single flat transfer. Weddings, proms, nights out and roadshows are priced hourly with a minimum, because the vehicle and chauffeur are held for you whether they are moving or waiting.
Distance and Time of Day
A Plainfield airport run and a Noblesville airport run are not the same job, and neither is a six in the morning departure and a two in the afternoon one. We price the actual route and hour rather than applying a flat city rate to everything.
Date and Season
Indy 500 race weekend, prom season in April and May, and Saturday weddings in spring and autumn are the busiest dates in the calendar. Vehicles are finite on those days. Book early and the rate is better as well as the availability.
What the Quote Includes
The number we give you is the number you pay. It is worth being explicit about that, because a great deal of transport pricing is not.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Trip
The most common way people overpay is booking a larger vehicle than they need. This is roughly how our bookings break down.
Escalade or Suburban
Airport transfers, executive travel, small families. The most economical option for anything up to six people with luggage.
Mercedes Sprinter
Bridal parties, corporate groups, family travel. Cheaper than booking two SUVs and everyone arrives together.
Stretch Limousine
Weddings, prom, celebrations. Priced hourly with a minimum, since the occasion rather than the distance is the point.
Executive Mini Bus
Wedding guest shuttles, convention transport, corporate outings. The lowest cost per head of anything we run.
Count the Bags Too
Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are not the same number. Tell us both and we will size the vehicle properly.
Inside the SUV
Leather seating, climate control and room to work. The same vehicle whether the trip is thirty minutes or a full day.
Why We Do Not Use Surge Pricing
Demand pricing works well for the company charging it and badly for everyone else. It raises the fare precisely when you are most stuck.
Bad weather, a delayed evening bank of arrivals, race weekend, a concert letting out at the same time as a game. These are the moments when an app fare doubles, and they are also the moments when you have the least choice about paying it.
We quote before you book and the number does not move afterwards. If your flight is delayed three hours, the rate is the same. If it is raining on race weekend, the rate is the same. Corporate clients on monthly accounts get agreed rates for their regular routes, so the same journey costs the same amount every time and the finance team never has to ask why.
It also makes comparison honest. Take the quote, compare it against a week of airport parking plus the shuttle at both ends, or against two ride-hailing fares at surge, and decide on the real numbers rather than the advertised ones.

Why are prices not listed on this page?
Because a single published number would be wrong for most people who read it. A Plainfield airport transfer and a Noblesville wedding are not comparable jobs, and quoting one figure for both would either overcharge you or set an expectation we could not keep. Send the actual trip and you get an actual price, usually within the hour.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within the hour on business days, and often faster. If you need a number immediately, call us. Somebody answers at any hour.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is handled separately and is always at your discretion. It is never added automatically to a quote without being discussed with you first.
Do you charge for waiting time at the airport?
Reasonable wait time is built into every airport arrival, and if your flight is delayed we adjust the pickup at our end rather than starting a clock. Flight tracking is included on every airport booking at no cost.
Is there a minimum booking?
Hourly services such as weddings, proms and nights out carry a minimum number of hours, which varies by vehicle and date. Airport and point-to-point transfers have no minimum. We will tell you the minimum before you commit to anything.
